Vegetable and Fruit Promotion Council Keralam (VFPCK) is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company registered under section 25 of Indian Companies Act 1956 and has been established to bring about overall development of fruit and vegetable sector in Kerala. Established in 2001 as the successor organization of Kerala Horticulture Development Programme (KHDP), VFPCK is managed by a result oriented multidisciplinary team of professionals. Needless to say, KHDP, funded by European Union, was one of the most successful agricultural development projects ever undertaken in the country. KHDP could effectively introduce several agricultural developmental policies and redress long-standing problems that plagued the agricultural sector. കേരളത്തിന്റെ പഴം- പച്ചക്കറി മേഖലയുടെ സമഗ്ര വികസനത്തിന്‌ രൂപീകൃതമായ, ഐ.എസ്‌.ഒ. അംഗീകാരം ലഭിച്ച സ്ഥാപനമാണ്‌ വി.എഫ്‌‌.പി.സി.കെ. സംസ്ഥാന കൃഷിവകുപ്പ്‌‌ മന്ത്രി ചെയര്‍മാനായുള്ള ഈ സ്ഥാപനം 2001-ല്‍ രൂപീകൃതമായി. പഴം-പച്ചക്കറി മേഖലയുടെ അഭൂതപൂര്‍വ്വമായ നേട്ടവും വിപ്ലവകരമായ അഭിവൃദ്ധിയും യാഥാര്‍ത്ഥ്യമാക്കിയ കെ.എച്ച്‌‌.ഡി.പി യുടെ (കേരള ഹോര്‍ട്ടീകള്‍ച്ചറല്‍ ഡവലപ്പ്മെന്റ് പ്രോഗ്രാം) തുടര്‍ സംവിധാനമാണ്‌ വി.എഫ്‌.പി.സി.കെ. ഇന്ത്യന്‍ കമ്പനി നിയമത്തിലെ സെക്‌‌ഷന്‍ 25 പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്‌തിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ സ്ഥാപനം ലാഭേച്ഛ കൂടാതെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനമാണ്‌. സ്വാശ്രയസംഘങ്ങള്‍ (എസ്‌.എച്ച്‌.ജി.) ആണ്‌‌ വി.എഫ്‌‌.പി.സി.കെ യുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന ശില. ഈ കര്‍ഷക കൂട്ടായ്‌മകളിലൂടെയാണ്‌ വി.എഫ്‌‌.പി.സി.കെ. യുടെ ഫീല്‍ഡ്‌ തല പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളായ വായ്‌പ, ഇന്‍ഷുറന്‍സ്‌, വിപണനം, പങ്കാളിത്ത ഗവേഷണം, മൂല്യവര്‍ദ്ധിത ഉല്‌പന്നങ്ങളുടെ ഉല്‌പാദനം, കയറ്റുമതി എന്നിവ നടപ്പില്‍ വരുത്തുന്നത്‌.  For more information in Malayalam ; Click Here
